Nourishing Wisdom: Feeding the Body, Nourishing the Soul

“When we look at nutrition from a purely scientific point of view, there is no place for consciousness. And yet, consciousness could be one of the crucial determinants of the metabolism of the food itself.”
~Deepak Chopra, M.D.

A powerful, practical journey to reinvigorate your life at every level revolutionizes how we think about diets and nutrition. A pathway that will lead you back to a deeper and healthier relationship with eating by drawing on ancient food wisdom.

We are combining the principles of nutritional awareness, personal growth, and body psychology. This engaging, interactive series provides practical methods for redefining food’s role in our lives. The primary focus will be addressing the emotional and spiritual aspects of our lives to nourish ourselves truly. Choosing the “right” foods is less critical than eating whatever one chooses wholeheartedly and with awareness. To be fully nourished by food, we must experience it through both the action of chewing and the sensation of taste.

Many people have lost their connection to food’s physical and spiritual properties with today’s hectic life pace. Food today is reduced to “fuel” and a listing of nutritional “value.” However, the human being is not a machine. Hundreds of food-related issues that plague us, from eating disorders to nutrition-related illnesses, can be traced to our lack of awareness of the relationship between food, body and spirit. Food is our most intimate and telling connection with nature and culture. Unhealthy food choices contribute to environmental degradation and loss of compassion for other-than-human beings.

Nourishing Wisdom – is an honouring system – your inner Wisdom is an act of courage. In a world that constantly and consistently tells you that you are not enough, being you is wrong, and you need to buy this cream, take this supplement, or sign up for this course to be fixed, deciding how to be you as you are is revolutionary.

A comprehensive exploration of our food choices has far-outreaching implications, incorporating ancient practices, modern nutritional science, and systems theory.  Enjoy greater vitality, freedom from addictions, access to body wisdom, compassionate understanding and a greater sense of Self.

Shifting the Paradigm Towards a Gift Economy

The magic of the gift system is that the gift is voluntary, not part of a contract. The contribution binds the recipient to the giver and both to the community.

This webinar price allows each participant to decide what tuition amount feels right, transparent, and fair, reflecting their financial condition and feeling of value and gratitude. In this regard, I am applying a fundamental principle of gift — one does not specify what the return gift shall be.

You may choose to pay what a typical online webinar program of this level of quality costs, or you may want more. I cannot put a

number value on it. That is not because I don’t think it is valuable. I don’t know the value, especially given the vast diversity of financial means.

Therefore, I am offering this series as a gift, trusting participants’ generosity to support the Centre in developing and sustaining in-depth learning journeys like this one. I trust your judgement about what represents a commitment on your part and respect your financial situation.

Pre-Registration is required. Please register by Oct 3rd.

Please send an e-transfer to our email address:
Registration is for the full 6-week series.
