Details about Living the Solution
The Sevenfold Path offers a complete set of practices and teachings to facilitate the knowledge, health and spiritual openings needed for this coming era. An integrative system that blends ancient and modern knowledge with earth-centered practices. The Sevenfold Path of Peace supports the evolution of each individual to create empowered choices, lives and societies.
The Path:
1. First we will explore the factors that have brought us to this significant turning point in humanities evolution. We all sense that there is a bigger life that awaits us, one that is grounded in the truths of love and peace. Understanding where we have been helps us take the leap, and become active participants in a creative process which honors the sacredness of all life. 
2. We will immerse ourselves in the truths that have been foundational in all authentic spirituality. We will explore the emerging vision that redefines who we are as conscious beings. A vision that supports a human who holds sacred the values of peace and fulfillment for all.
3. Having establishes a new vision of humankind; we will take a deep dive into the path itself. We will immerse ourselves in an in-depth understanding of our own bodies. How to rightly nourish ourselves for maximum physical and spiritual health. How to access body wisdom. The role that constitution plays in our unfolding and how to balance the Elemental forces that express through us.
4. We'll explore what it really means to live consciously, carefully examining the obstacles to our evolution. And we'll practice proven techniques and exercises that will give you first hand experience into how to transmute these obstacles. We will learn practices that unlock the wisdom of the heart and release us from outdated and imposed belief systems.
5. Once we have a deep understanding of the path we will cultivate the skills to create peaceful and meaningful relationships. You will explore how to bring your passion and potential into your work life and manifest a career that aligns with your highest calling.
6. As the Essenes before us, we will turn to Nature as our guide and teacher, creating a model of education based on an understanding and practical application of the laws and wisdom teachings of the Earth.
7. Finally we will examine what it means to live inspired, transformational lives in attunement with our highest purpose and what it means to truly sustain the Path of Peace.

Lorenna Bousquet-Kacera and Shantree Kacera, D.N., Ph.D. are founders and directors of The Living Centre and Living Arts Institute. Together they blend their over 35 years each, of experience to offer programs that support individuals in the practice of conscious living.
Lorenna and Shantree are internationally celebrated visionaries, authors, permacyulture educators, nutritional researchers and world peace workers.
Shantree is a Permaculture and Forest Garden Educator and an Ayurvedic Live-Food Nutritionist, Therapeutic & Shamanic Herbalist, and Constitutional Iridology Educator with 35 years experience in the Natural Healing Arts.
