You will learn about the raw and living food lifestyle, that there is much more to raw than salads, how to start, a variety of meals for all occasions, how to make this lifestyle work for you, balancing your meals for your constitution and how to enjoy raw meals in the winter. An important part of your raw food cuisine menu will be learning how to sprout and grow sprouts and greens in your own kitchen.
Sprouts contain the largest amount of nutrients per unit of any food known. Enzymes that initiate and
control most chemical reactions in our body are activated in the sprouting process. For example, vitamin B increases by 1,000 per cent and Vitamin C by 600 per cent in sprouted wheat!
