The ‘Spiral’ developed by Joanna Macy offers us a ‘map’ for our journey. An empowerment process that journeys through four successive movements. Each part reconnects us with our world, reminding us that we are larger, stronger, deeper and more creative than we have been brought up to believe.
The Earth Wisdom experience blends an integrative system of philosophies, indigenous wisdom, with movement, sound and ritual practices that emulate the primal expressions of Nature. The rituals include reconnecting with the restorative gifts of nature through sacred plant medicine processes.

he Earth Wisdom workshop is held outdoors in nature (weather permitting) where we can connect with the more-than-human world. The experience includes classroom time, practices to deepen our intimacy and interconnection with Nature, and times alone to simply 'be' mentored by Nature's beauty and wisdom.
The workshop offers a safe environment to explore deep responses to the state of the world. The intuitively centered processes encourage each person to engage at their own pace.
We begin at 9am to 5pm. A delicious, organic living food lunch will be served. Please dress comfortably with layers to put on and off. Bring a hat and something to write on. Insects are few, however, please bring your own repellent if you are sensitive to insect bites.

Lorenna Bousquet-Kacera and Shantree Kacera, D.N., Ph.D. are founders and directors of The Living Centre and Living Arts Institute. Together they blend their over 35 years each, of experience to offer programs that support individuals in the practice of conscious living.
Lorenna and Shantree are internationally celebrated visionaries, authors and world peace workers.
Lorenna is an Eco-Creativity guide and founder of Shamanu: Earth Wisdom Teachings, grandmother and lover of Life
She is a Permaculture Educator, Ayurvedic Living Nutrition Educator and Sevenfold Path of Peace coach with a specialty in evolutionary regeneration at the personal, ecological and spiritual levels.

Shantree is a Permaculture Teacher, Ayurvedic Live-Food Nutritionist, Therapeutic & Shamanic Herbalist, and Constitutional Ecological Educator with 35 years experience in the Organic Natural Healing Arts.
Shantree's deep and practical eco-spirituality has been a guiding force in creating living systems at the Centre that emulate the way nature does it. He draws on the design systems of Forest Gardening and Permaculture to not only create sustainable sanctuaries for human living but also to cultivate and perfect new ways of seeing, of thinking and acting in the world.
