Through a 'Sevenfold Process' the Earth Wisdom workshop guides you into an inspirational exploration of your Self through the teachings of Nature and the Five Sacred Elements.

Experiential sessions include Shamanu: Earth Wisdom Dance, Movement & Sonic Healing, Earth Meditations and Rituals and dream Lorenna and Shantree work with Lorenna Kacera. Learn powerful daily practices based on the earth-wisdom teachings of ancient traditions and shamanic practices.

Plant Energetics and the conscious partnering with Nature through the Earth Wisdom teachings of Ayurveda provides specific guidelines for incredible health, how the Elements shape your body, emotions and consciousness. These precepts are taught by renowned expert Shantree Kacera, D.N., Ph.D.

The Place

You will not find an other place like this in all of Costa Rica. Unique and stunningly beautiful Diamante Verde is nature's sanctuary. It offers the invitation to return to the arms of mother earth and be renewed.

Diamante Verde Sanctuary is situated in 200 acres of pristine cloud/rain forest with pasture lands, mountain ranges and river valleys, 2 mountain ranges, 12 waterfalls, 4 swimming holes, over 15 miles of hiking and horseback riding trails, and accommodation in a fully equipped cave/overhang behind a 90 foot waterfall.

Live-Food Cuisine tropics

You will be treated to the highest quality organic live-food cuisine, green smoothies and juices. Our chefs are dedicated to creating exceptionally tasty organic vegan living food dishes that support vibrant health and higher consciousness. Made with love and awareness this tasty cuisine and high vitality juices activate the spiritual life-force.

The Process

• You will be picked up on Saturday at 4pm. at Hotel Chirripo in San Isidro (2 hrs. south of San Jose) and taken to 'The Casanada' where we will spend Sat. & Sun. night.
• Sunday -
     - am. Shamanu Movement class & Meditation & Sevenfold Path class
     - pm. Water Ritual - excursion to 'Nauyaca' - one of Costa Rica's most spectacular water falls. cave
• Monday leave at 6 am. for the 2 hr. hike to Diamante Sanctuary (the Cave)
     - settling in, enjoying the spectacular surroundings,
     - pm. class & hike to waterfall
     - evening Fire Ritual
• Tuesday
     - am. Shamanu Movement & Meditation & hike
     - pm. class & rest time
     - evening Air Ritual cave kitchen
• Wednesday
     - am. Shamanu Movement & Meditation & class
     - pm. free time
     - evening -Cacao Earth Ritual
• Thursday
     - am. Shamanu Movement & Meditation & class
     - pm. begin our descent to return to 'The Casanada'
     - evening - open for conversation & relaxation
• Friday
     - am. Shamanu Movement & Meditation & beach excursion beach
     - evening class

• Saturday
- am. leave after breakfast for Dominical where you can arrange a shuttled to San Jose

$1350 US. before Nov. 30
Thereafter - $1550. US

Includes: pick-up in San Isidro de General, Costa Rica, meals, accommodations, workshops, excursions. Does not include air travel and transportation to and from San Isidro and taxes.
