What are Living-Foods?

Whole, sun ripe, raw, organic foods are the keys to great health and vitality. They are the givers of life energy and the healers of disease. Living Foods contain the vital energy of each of the Elements of Ether, Air, Fire, Water and Earth. As you have just read being filled by the Elements in their ‘raw' form is essential to the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health and vitality.
